The Mayor’s Thames Festival

September 15th and 16th 2007

In its 10th year and looking to attract even more than the 665,000 people that attended in 2006, this is now one of London’s great free open-air arts festivals – and what a location! The festival activities throng the South Bank all the way from Westminster to Tower Bridge and now the north bank around the Tower of London too. The Mayor’s Thames Festival is a true celebration of London and its great river and last year 31,500 contributors made this happen in style. Street-theatre, food stalls, live music, art, exhibitions, displays, acrobats and of course boats abound. Not forgetting fireworks! Riverside are directly involved with the Thames festival this year and proudly placed to create events on land and river alike to involve you in the carnival atmosphere. Reward clients and staff by enjoying one of our festival packages tailored, as always, to meet your specific needs - whatever they are.
